Hello there Family & Friends,

It's de month of March... seems like this blog is headed for doomsville soon ...

Anyways, hafnt been very disciplined with the gym bit. I went to try out some baju the other day and cudnt fit in some of the baju (where previously ngammmmm ngammmmmmm fit...)
Dang!

On a happier note - my dearest cuzzie threw us all a surprise by flying in here last week, together with her lil' daughter...So yes... Wen is officially in town Again. Mum had the biggest surprise of all when we decided to video it and she was caught off guard. We all had a laugh. This time round got to haf a bit of time with them. Us cousins even made a trip back to food haven together o'er d weekend and we had a great time. Baby seems to be easily adaptable and I've been labelled 'nanny'...

Got home yday.. was out stone cold ard 6 til this morning 8-ish... gosh!!!!
Remainder of the week - try to continue the hunt, and STAY bloody focused with losing some weight...

Two babes born yday.. Cuzzie wif her little princess, and piggy's new nephew.... Bulls!!!

was a long day at work today.... in between scooted off to lunch wif Lil P she rekomended a new dim sum place in Damansara.... Hmmmmm ... must bring mum & dad there...hope they'll like it...
After that got back and started to pack for the exhibition and look through the goddamn docs...WHY when we wan to send exhibition items it's so DAMN ma fan one... gahhhhhhhh!!!!

Super Heavy rain in the afternoon today... mebbe the overdose playing of Summer Rain... roflmao... Wan summer rain eh? NAH I GIP U rain.... roflol.....

Last two weeks haf been chaotic.... Bosses haf thrown tempers ard. yikes.Stress gila..... yday one of my other colleagues ask if my boss in bad mood, cos muka masam oni.

erk....


So mebbe it's not a Bad Friday morning after all eh? bosses not in... can do work in own pace, peace....

mental note to self:Nid to haf breather. not been zzz-ing well, and having very bad head&backache.

Nothing much been happening la... Work's been piling. feels pressurised (like the pressure cooker liddat). Try to go to the gym as much as I can.
Combat Release 36 launched last Sat... I oni got to try it out on Tuesday's Boot Camp. Mad boot camp we did pushups situps lunges squatjumps. KILLING. Then latest release. It's low intensity... but I dun mind it. heh!


Oh... Got sis a squash racquet over the weekend in an attempt to get her interested again. Didn't buy her an expensive one lar... just in case hangat hangat tahi ayam.. then 2 months later she dowan to play ady.. then I get stuck wif that racquet.

Other than that nothing much la. Homefront news... later in granny mail wokay?

It's a Friday night and I feel so numbed.....





Left work after it was dark. *twilight zone sounds...*





I know where I'm supposed to go.... (Since travelling home and out again wud be unfeasible....) So headed off to the gym. Late for the Pump class. Changed and pop over to mall to get some food. Was considering either fast food or good ole corn. Ended up to be healthier.... While walking back, suddenly felt emo... Felt like just packing up and leaving the gym. Head where? Dunno... Just felt empty and numbed.



Dragged meself back to the gym anyways. Was so nice to see both the babes there. However, one also had the pissed off drained look. GOSH! We suffering from it!



Class started....

Was nice surprise to haf instructor do Injected w Poison.. Yippeeee.. lolz...

After that was suprised wif some Chinese kindy workbooks ... lolz. Yup! making an effort to learn Mandarin. Wonder how it'll be....After that was to help translate some stuff from BM to English. Gosh!!! My BM oso karat ady...After that did it in different accent. Some gym mates had fits of laughter in the changing room at my Chinese pronunciation and accent. Well, glad I cud entertain them. ;p

After that got home, had some food. Still felt a bit bleagh.... Am popping by Starbucks just for a cuppa.

Haffa great weekend, y'all....

3. I got other things to worry about

WHY??? Why do some people still stay bitter... And NOT at the person directly, but like to the whole wide world? aiyohhhhhhhh

Two babes (I think both of them are wise, and that they know me well enough to say that... And even if they had said something that offended me. It's OK. I'm kewl with it... We always need to haf people pro for us and oppose us. ) were telling me that Of course whatever said and done... Kennot be mended lar.

If kena cut once... U think the bloody scar will go away ar? No I dun think so... Am sure any Tom Dick or Harry kena pricked before right? But still life has to go on...

I feel sad that it's achelli turned out this way. It WAS NOT intentional to Hurt people. Cheh! Like I get a kick out of it. I don't get extra money... I don't get extra love or anything for writing it. Not like I will ROFLMAOX

Cuzzie is now NOT talking anymore to that person. not becos she doesn't love her... But becos she doesn't want any talk turning into a drama.

Errrrr... Wanna watch drama? Turn on the telly... Loads of them.... Particularly those sob sob Korean ones with cute hunks and LONGGGGG Lengthy, pathetic storyline.

Just not here ok? In here most of the time you get ramblings, rants, my boring sucks routine of work and gym, and occasional satirical pieces on life,politics,road directions,world - which has always been the intention of this blog... For authorised friends & family members to haf a glimpse of my thoughts/ramblings/life..

The week

The week at work has been mad. We just had a diskusi this mornign and some backlogs HAS to be done TODAY. Die onot? thankfully a colleague is sorting out the initial worksheets...she's now just gonna haf kopi and bread and get on wif work.
I'm still sitting here digesting a 46page document. Fark~! Later haf to do Copy Paste job summore... erk!
ok lar.. Give and take. Yesterday shooted off sharp on the dot to make it for pretty boy's Step and followed by Combat and home to a nice nice nice dinner :)

Can't wait for the day to finish. Looking forward to reunion again tonight at d gym.lolz, then one more day to the weekend.

Another weekend coming up. A wedding. This one is particularly sweet... If my frens Leungs/cuzzie JJ are considered as express, This one lagi express ok... 3months into courtship... Registered. Rocket oso not so fast. Nope, no accident case or anything liddat.


MC for the night is an interesting bloke.

Looking forward to an evening wif gym chums... haha!


Am also contemplating the buffet galore... huarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i wan i wannnnnnnnn... OK... Stoppit.. Didn't I just felt a bit tight on my clothes this morning? Kennot be muscles forming after the pathetic Pump tracks on Monday (which, by the way, muscles are still sore... goshhhh!)

Anything in the world can be a toy... As long as you can do something with it....



My new toy was the modulator.. heh! When pal gave it to me I was ecstatic... haha! (imagine giving me something bigger roflolx) Told pal that it was supposed to be my last year's present to myself.. ahahaha! But I've been taking sometime to decide whether it is worth it onot... Heh! now no nid to decide. Itchy backside go n buy for me... haha! during the conversation pal was saying... eh... buy present for self so cheap one... I was like.. Aiya..It doesnt matter whether it's cheap onot... As long as SS can ady lar... hoh?


Dad is not such a toy person... ok fine if there has to be, it is the newspaper. Of course other family members haf their own preferences... Mom might like kitchen utensils, sis and bro might like the latest gadgets/books...

One of the... 'worst' Sundays...EVER,....

I'm now a completely changed person as I don't like to laze in bed for a long period of time.

Nevertheless, I slept for a total 17hours yesterday. Sei mou... And I STILL wanted to go on sleeping. Crazy la this viral thingy.

Nemind. Hopefully after a few more shots of vit C drinks and yong sam sou will fix me back.

Sob sob.... tonight no Pump class n banana muffins... huarghhhhhhhh!!!!

After all the eating galore,
I had indigestion yesterday

PADAN MUKA right?? Sapa suruh makan non stop over the weekend? sei mei.... I hope cuzzie no problem lar.

Anyways... bangun, jumped out of bed as I tot I was super late in sending the kiddos off...yup... they're going back to UK :((( eeehh like the Back in the UK combat song.. wahahah!!!

tummy started feeling a bit da funny, but not teruks yet. Sent them, came back, oohhh started dahh... tummy ache n feel nauseous....
Lied down, call my buddy. she's at work. Damn! ok ... said she was gonna pack up n come pick me....
Nabeh... waited like nearly 2hours... then call her again, she oni leaving. Sei mou.... Told her I kennot tahan ady, need to see a doc by hook or crook.

went out of the house without showering (this is so rare me....cos I usually do so...) and then cabut to see the doc lar. pal met me somewhere...

Went to the clinic, basket.... had like one patient in there forever.... (yah... note... 2minutes can seem like forever ok...but this was like 10minutes ady since I registered) was in a super foul mood, and I couldn't bloody stand the smell in there.
Came out for some grub, went back in n waited another eternity......

grrrrrrrr... head starts spinning.....

ok see the doc ady, cabuts. didn't managed to sleep my whole tummy was rumbling. Went down to Damansara to pick a pal n ran some errands. Nabeh.... I so nearly wanted to strangle that buddy.

By 8pm my whole body was gonna fall apart. Decided to go for a massage n see if it helps (since drowning like bebanyak of the toxins didn't work...)

Good ole masseus was like... ehhh... kesian.. your whole body hot lar (not fever) and banyak angin,kembang....

Say oni lar.... I looked like a beached whale... It's ok geh...

I did felt so much better after the massage. Phewww!!!

Just gotta work on the poo. Today is day 3without it liao. Was telling a mate whoever who goes in after it will pengsan... lolx....

Was schedule to check out Churassaria Carnaval today, good thing pal hubby not feeling well (blessing in disguise lar babe.. kakaka)

We'll check out something else... hmmmm prolly something lemak to activate the tummy and then I can do the plumbing job!

gloomy Friday!

Am just feeling ... morbid.. FOund out something at offis today. Rant about it to my dear cuzzie.... and my good pal. Cuzzie was really sweet in listening n even offered to drag me along for her karaoke session wif her pals.
I was a bit hesitant... Didn't wanna be a sour plum there whilst everyone's enjoying themselves, plus leh... It's been a super tiring week, yet I do wanna lepak a bit wif her.

I miss some buddies, gonna email them soon.
