The year in review

It's been a year wif a difference....

A whole lot of outlook/perspective.

This year marks my very first year doing a whole lot of relections.... So the very sombre. Bloody hell... They say as u age most people sort of mellow down.
Damn those bastards!

The year flew past fast, yet felt like there was quite a bit going through/did a lot of things (u'd know if u read the many post and emails). Coupla weeks back I got something from a pal (thks buds) that said many times we draw our resolutions as the year ends/new year approaches, but then at the end of the year, realise that the resolutions were not completed (some not even started). Why don't we give thanks instead to the things that has happened?
And I thought... Hmmm... Why not? Most of the times when things like this happens, bad things we'll curse n all, good things we'll just leave it as it is....

I'm grateful for this year that I...

Got to spend more time on my own... Slowly but surely... I'm beginning to enjoy it again, spending time on my own, doing things i like.
Got to get to know a few more new friends made at the gym. Great people who make u laugh.
Got to know more food kakis... haha! yee-ha... oh dear...but fun. We get to connect (based on the fact we loved food)

Appreciate the friends I've made over the years too. Thanks so much for your love,care,concerns and prayers. Thanks for being there.

Missed: Going to my 2nd home in Penang (Dem) and kacau my buddies.. heh! Be back there soon.heheheh

It's nice being on a break....
I'm gonna haf a tough time gettting up in the morning nex year... Oops...Next week back to the work grind.

despite being on a break and having less stress (to think about work), haven't really had time to update blogs. Why leh? sleep...gym...pigging out sessions ler wat else.

Here's what I gotta do before mom starts skinning me the year end:
-make sure my pigsty is in liveable condition....

Also need to learn how to post the pics onto foodyumz and do the Top Ten list. Dang... Am so wayyy behind time lah...arghhh!!!!

Haf been seriously busy, even though on this very long break. Despite not going anywhere, but there's alwiz things to do lar wat else. horr ???

Yesterday was nice,Overslept but managed to go for a morning Combat class, lunch w two old pals at Pho Hoa, then watched Barnyard w some frens, it's a super farnee show lar. After that went to haf pancakes.

Later in the evening went for another combat..

I'm beginning to like Wednesdays liao....got many classes and this makan place in Curve got loads of promo on Wednesdays wor.... mmmmmm n movies are RM 6... bliss!!!

Oei... I try me best to update my other food blog ody leh.... LOads of pics of makan makan... pengsans... Snap pics until hands oso tired ady, no nid to eat lar...hahahahah!!!

Over the past week haf been eating non stop. Need a balance of going to the gym lehz. Sis was commenting one year of going to the gym, birthday/Christmas time all efforts GONE. i can feel the weight coming back ady. That's why last Sat die die oso went for class. kekekeke!!!

Christmas eve: Lunch- went to satisfy my sashimi/oyster craving. Actually, sad to say, we didn't achieve as much as the first time going to Shin Nichi, but ok lar... dun overdo it.heh!Dinner was at Ma's place. fuuulaaamakkk... this time no turkey on the table but steaks, roast chicken n salmon. Had some of each. Then played wif my luvvable nephews. Ivan/Isaac/Jonas/Jerry so damn adorable *melt*

Christmas lazed at home(EVERYONE had their own schedule), then was deciding whether or not to get my lazy arse up to the gym. Managed to... Yippeeee!!!!Steps class. hafn't joined a long time. Sweat giler..haha! was fun.

met up w some pals, deliver their belated Christmas gift which is fatt-mou-ing in my car ady (cuz Wen... When wanna come n claim yours??),then pop into office for a while to sort some stuff for colleague and then look for info for mom. I'm bloody directory ma...Hoh????lolx

tonight... a bit da lazy to go to the gym. mebbe just pop in to see this guy instructor do the new release, then go home for food.. kekekek. Dun wanna kill meself since planning to go for some classes tomolo... one in the morning, then lunch/movie wif pals, then another one class in da evening!Aih... bliss lar this week. Every day liddat how nice hor...

Christmas Eve

It's a very busy period... Loads of eating sessions right from the beginning of this week.

Am pleased that I forced meself to go to the gym, but it's still not enuff to burn off all those calories. Sei mouuuuu

Am heading off to Shin Nichi again. It's so super yummy lar that place ... I can't resist it... It's gonna be tough not ranking it top two on my list at foodyumz.

Tomolo...seriously looking to workout at the gym...What Christmas wish hor... Shud be merry n go ho ho ho-ing,hahahaha!!!

Will do that tonight at Ivan's granny's....

Birthday celebration was great. Enjoyed the food and company the whole of yesterday... No pesky people ard to irritate my day...

We were having dinner right... and then.... kept coming to our table to ask us to buy... So mom thought.. Ok lor.. since it's an auspicious day, get one la...
Wa sai... so I took one slip *with two tix on it* and then tore the one that I wanted... She looked over my shoulder n commented... Aiya... take one oni ar... then shudn't haf taken that lar.. now look so odd.

Everyone was like.. errr... especially mom... can see she was a bit pissed off as well. Wa liao, we buy, then she bisings pulaks... Anyways... if we dun do that, others will oso right???

Ok ok nemind... Then.... i was scratching the 4 number bit... she look and then say... Dun haf ...

Ok lar..thankfully it was the end of dinner ady.

But was nice to chat n all.

After that went to the gym for class ... wuz good... after that jumped again on the wave machine that I'm so hooked on.. this time covered 2km. heheheh!
Showered then had lunch wif one of me pal. nice chat...

Yesterday's combat class was one the best lar... Sweat until whole head n baju oso wet liao.Was nice. After that went home and mandi, dinner wif da family n jalan jalan in Parade. sniff sniff for perfume, but nothing that I could made up my mind wif.

Ok so that was that.

This morning got up, went for me class, surprised d instructor as thought I wudn't go for that class since there was another one nearer home. After that, went on the new Cardio Wave machine which was chun... fuuh... I a bit hooked on it liao. 20mins i did 6km which is not badddd for me... Sweated buckets... Can see da sweat one... eeeeeee... Syiok.. hehehehe!!!! *i know i know.. I'm mad one... delighted at the sight of sweat... lolx*

Like that loh. Dinner was at home. nice din din. then clear some stuff in d room n i'm bek here. ..

Some mates were pouring sweat and all, mine's like... little bit hardly wet the shirt. So today must go lar, otherwise will be teruks liao.

This morning was nice to be in bed lar. so tempted to sleep til noon.
But then hor... KNN... those neighbours at the back were talking like they owned the neighbourhood... I was like... haih ?? who the... #$!& is that making so much of noise....

But ok lar... not too bad, got up, changed me sheets and then brekkie wif parents n a cuzzie.

Being cautious...

I used to be very carefree those days (don't we all?). And quite frank. Those who know me truly well will know this bit of info. (and now everybody else who reads this...)

But of late, trying to be more cautious. Of course, I don't have anything to hide (not like some people) from friends, most of all family. Just that mebbe it's wiser not to say so much. One thing is... It can hurt people, another thing is it can be misinterpreted-no matter how well you mean.

Glad that there are some pals who don't mind at all any of these bluntness. Am blessed to haf their friendship.

After that went over to Cyn's. popped by to get satay at the Kesas highway.. heh! she was delighted. Phew!! Then lepaked there... cos wif kids u realli can't plan anything just in case.

On the way home popped over to see unkle n passed him his med.
Came home n gasak all the soup.whee!

My weekend...

The weekend that just passed was nice....

Friday after work was not nice. took me an hour to get home. Why is it like that EVERY single darn Friday ar??? Thankfully I will be on leave the Friday before Christmas. Everyone sure baliks kampung one cos long weekend....

After reaching home it was ok lar... had a bit of food. Was sooooooo dang hungry, then went for my Combat class. Was nice. Got the instructor a cake n she was totally thrown out of da window... literally speaking lar... After that spend sometime w a fren just for chats.

Sat morning had breakfast w some mates in Bangsar. It was awesome.. shud check out this mamak place Aishwaria Lorong Maarof. Chun lar the roti pisang.. hahahah! Then chat n chat, went back to pal's place n checked out pictures of trips. was nice to hang out w old frens again.....
After that rush for Combat class, but not that great lar cos felt like throwing up. Padan muka... ate banana leaf rice like an hour n a half before class. Sei mou....

After the class, showered and went to celebrate gym mate birthday. All the way to Klang cos the birthday kid wanted to haf seafood... so we went to Pandamaran. nice time there too.

Sunday ... No way not going to Combat after all the pigging out.

Evening lepaked w parents to pasar malam.
