Been craving for siham (cockles) lately... dunno why leh... Morning get up oso thinking of it ady...

Near dinner time oso thinking of it.... piang.........

Kennot tahan... Last Sunday was out wif parents n we went to this shop nearby we love the char kuay teow stall which also has tung fun...

Fulamak the kerang we had.. kekekeke!!!!

Surprisingly mom's plate with extra kerang was like... syiokkkkkkkkk... mine n dad's (sharing) was so kicik miao oni....chey!

Monday afternoon had economy rice n .. tinggggggg... they had sambal kerang ... apa lagi.. sapu lar... keekekkek!!!!

next weeeknd must eat again.. kekekek!!!! gonna drag parents there until they surrender... nyek nyek nyek nyek (haaa... see that time they realise how sien it is to eat the same thing every weekendd... lolx....can imagine mom's wilt when i announce to go there for char tung fun w extra helpings of kerang...most likely everybody disappear somewhere else... leave me alone to go there ...)

I was chatting with another good pal of mine... we were intending to go out to celebrate our birthdays, so then she recommended this one place serving one of my fave cuisine - Thai ... Well.. achelli the only Thai coupla dishes that I like are tom yam soup (a really mean one) and the steamed fish ... for now...
the green curry is not my fave.

So... since she's a regular now, I joked that we might even get free food if we whipped out cameras n started taking pics of the dishes... hehe!

She straight away said... I'M NOT A FREELOADER... Well, she said it to emphasize it la. I told her.. yeah i know that... people who go to all these food places serving food always always haf the obligation to sing praises for it...

Don't u agree...?? It's like some hidden agenda up the sleeves...

Gone are the days where people give out free food to test the feedback of consumers....(or has it ever been practiced ??)

Back on the home front.... yesterday's papers had a major write up on voting... I remember exclaming to a fren it's the elections.... soon....achelli so many people predicted it'll be in Oct... Now... even the UMNO general assembly is over... Wonder what's nex...

not a bad weekend...

The only super tiring part was the working part... ugh!!! didn't realise Saturdays oso so busy geh... Whole morning the time fly so fast.

After that off for lunch wif pal n off to see pal's kid who just got out of the oven.

Was really nice to catch up wif old friends....

On the way back too damn tired dozed off in the car ... hahaha!!!

Rested a while n then off for dinner wif da family at our usual fave spot. Dinner was reasonable... RM 75 for 6dishes ok..... chunnnnnnnn


Sunday brunch wif mum n dad n then went snacks shopping spree... hehe!!!!

After that off to see lil Isaac....his bro wasn't around (shucks)... HE'S grown and he's SOOOOOO KIUTTTTTTT... took some pics n videos of him to show sis...

Then off for dinner wif some mates....

And the weekend's done......

THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT WATCHES HER DO THIS AND ASKS TO SEE HER TICKET. SHE THEN TELLS THE BLONDE THAT SHE PAID FOR ECONOMY CLASS AND THAT SHE WILL HAVE TO SIT IN THE BACK.



THE BLONDE REPLIES, "I'M BLONDE, I'M BEAUTIFUL, I'M GOING TO HOUSTON,AND I'M STAYING RIGHT HERE."



THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT GOES INTO THE COCKPIT AND TELLS THE PILOT AND THECO-PILOT THAT THERE IS A BLONDE SITTING IN FIRST CLASS THAT BELONGS IN ECONOMY AND WON'T MOVE BACK TO HER SEAT.



THE CO-PILOT GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND TRIES TO EXPLAIN THAT BECAUSE SHE ONLY PAID FOR ECONOMY SHE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE AND RETURN TO HER SEAT.

THE BLONDE REPLIES, "I'M BLONDE, I'M BEAUTIFUL, I'M GOING TO HOUSTONAND I'M STAYING RIGHT HERE."

THE CO-PILOT TELLS THE PILOT THAT HE PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE THE POLICE WAITING WHEN THEY LAND TO ARREST THIS BLONDE WOMAN WHO WON'T LISTEN TOREASON.



THE PILOT SAYS, "YOU SAY SHE IS A BLONDE? I'LL HANDLE THIS. I'M MARRIED TO A BLONDE. I SPEAK BLONDE"



HE GOES BACK TO THE BLONDE AND WHISPERS IN HER EAR, AND SHE SAYS, "OH, I'M SORRY." AND SHE GETS UP AND GOES BACK TO HER SEAT IN ECONOMY.



THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT AND CO-PILOT ARE AMAZED AND ASKED HIM WHAT HESAID TO MAKE HER MOVE WITHOUT ANY FUSS.



I TOLD HER, "FIRST CLASS ISN'T GOING TO HOUSTON."

I skipped a fren's wedding coupla weeks back. Originally I had toldher it was a cousin bro's wedding the same weekend so had to reject her invitation. Felt a bit bad cos we known each other since skooldays...

Then... Earlier there was a fren who called me up to invite me for her wedding nex Thursday. I'm like... WHAT? ???? (Not WHAT cos it's a Thursday...) WHAT becos it was just a week away....

Told her I cudn't make it.cos there's work comitements.

Sorry la... I love attending weddings cos it's a happy occasion n I feel honored to be there to witness the ceremony...

But... please la... Don't be so LATE in telling people. That's one thing that really pisses me off...

I Mean... U oredi KNOW you're gonna get married... So... at least tell people in advance la... even got no tentative date... Say like... u 'plan' to get married in June next year.. Tell people laaaaaaa....

Memang aahhhh...

My two cousins oso liddat... I mean they're one of the BIGGEST culprits... and... they're relatives...goshhh!!! *slaps forehead*

OKAY... i guess i shudnt be too harsh.. There are alwiz exceptions... Like... If you kena 'accident' or if planning to migrate bla bla bla ... then I guess it's ok la... (BUT... ALL OF THE ABOVE invites were NOT)

I'm SO glad that my frens Ant/Angie n cuz J planned their weddings in advance. Am SO gonna enjoy n bask in their happiness together gether.....We IS gonna haffa BALL... Yayyyyyyyyy!!!!

That kid wasn't the only one that I personally know... there are more out there. I was like... Wahhhhhhhhh If that had happened when I was a kid (sadly... I didn't learn this trick way back then...) parents might've just dragged me out n given me a good helluva beating before sending me to skool...

I WOULD definitely do that.........

Parents these days....*take note la... It's not cos you love your kids...It's that your kids are 'smarter' than u....

Today at the office... Guess what....

we were back in stone age.....

phone lines were down... Serious..... Like.... Cut out from the world liddat. heh!

But still there were work to be done. Come to think of it...It was good oso la... no phones buzzing.

It was super HOT outside... nearly melted when I stepped out into the sun for lunch... Freakky weather these days. It was raining in the morning. Bah! the whole eco system is pretty screwed up....

Came home, not fully recovered from the mad 3hours I suffered yesterday. showered and fell asleep on the couch.

Ought to haf an early night....

Had lunch w AE yday... wah she so semangat dared to venture to near my office (ulu place) for lunch. Was quite worried she cudnt find her way but she did.... I'm so proud of her... heh! bought me n Cherz lovely yong tau fuu lunch.

THEN earlier this morning Lou called to haf lunch n we did. It's been quite some time since we hung out together gether... After which she was nice to teman me shop... hahahah!!! yeah lar had to shop for some electrical items ma...office required me to do so. something that I really did not fancy doing... so not a fan of it... Survived it...

Was telling a colleague this morning I dun really recall what we did at work...

Realli one.....Pujiiiiiiiii sampai gilerrrrrrrr until she was like... chey... made this for u all before... u all dun laik last time.......

But... Mom.. is the memang besttttttttt

I broke my rule of not eating exxxtra portion of rice ....

but but but... she made this bowl of minced lean meat marinated wif dunno wat wat la... (must be her sekret...never tell oso) and some lettuce (nehhhh the one in the bottle one... the one where ppl eat wif porridge ???) haaaaaaaa

add a bit of the usual la... pepper salt cornflour (starch)... and some soya sauce...

And voilaaaaaaa



I'm not a usual steam meat fan...

But this one rocked....
Told mom she can make this everyday from now on... lolx.

Not been doing much la... I got back from Singapore Tues- an awesome celebration of two people's love for each other.. char and I had the privilege with the lovely couple.

Wednesday ... wah sibeh lazy to drive to work...but..haf to hor...

Thursday was Deepavali. SO HAPPY to be off... kekekeke!!!! Temaned parents for breakfast. (kena dragged out of bed)... poor system still not awake. Two spoonful of wantan mee (which is like so the little) oso cudn't finish... Kena lectured from mom... ahahaha!!! Quickly quickly finish it.
Then went for d combat class. Wah! banyaknyerrrr orang. Class was nice.

WAITED LIKE SIAO for fren to finish her steam n everything else. I nearly took a cab back.

Friday n Sat work la wat else....

Friday night... After the usual gym class, was dragged to go to Asia Cafe ??? that was my FIRST time there.. ahahahhaha!!! yes yes... despite living in that part of the world... it was my first time setting foot there. Even my parents haf gone there...

Felt ulu when kena mocked. It's not that I shun it cos it's low class...It's just I didn't like the crowded place (it's SUPER difficult to get parking at that area...)

Called up my bro to ask him what to eat.. lolx. His fren suggested the vietnamese lemongrass chicken... I was against it initially cos it was sserved with rice (didn't want that..) but ok la... tried (if it wasn't nice I wud've bisings ady)... REALLY nice (u shud try it)

And then the gang came.. we all shared a tomyam soup (nice) and fried oyster mushroom... fulamak.... sedaps.

ok la if craving for tom yam soup comes, i know where to get my fix.

Sat was ... okay okay... Oh yeah... WEnt to work lah...
After that had to give up my combat class cos a fren LOA. Bluegh!!! Yes.. I was pretty split cos I didn't wanna skip my gym class.
She got me choc... arghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!I was like... I oredi didn't go gym.. now u gimme summore choc...

Howwwwwwwwwwwwwww ... ?? How to fit in that baju I got ? sei mou.....

Saturday evening out wif mom and siblings. Dad was away. Was a bit glad cos mom did wanna go out and walk around a bit.

Sunday was brunch wif sis n mom. nothing much la... then matey popped by and we caught up since we hafnt met up for nearly two weeks.

Day 3 here.. achelly oni TWO full days here la...but it seems this trip is too short to see n experience the rail system ... i still a bit bodo... can't figure it all out. thanks so much to pal who's travelling wif me.

only thing i nid to comment is that the cabbies here are not that polished la... I mean... this is only a small span. Try KL where the roads change frequently...
