Then... Dad called earlier to tell me DSAI been arrested.. Wah... he quite CNN oso hor? Came home, straight away glued to the TV edy... watching news.

Cabinet ini mencerminkan semangat perkongsian kuasa dan muafakat Barisan Nasional dan saya yakin senarai ini mampu melaksanakan agenda kerajaan dengan baik dan berkesan.
Saya telah mengambil keputusan untuk tidak melantik setiausaha parlimen dan oleh itu bilangan anggota perntadbiran telah dikurangkan dari 90 kepada 68orang
Ini bermakna para Menteri/timbalan menteri perlu lebih aktif dalam parlimen.

This cabinet mirrors the spirit of sharing powers among the National Front coalition parties and I am confident this cabinet will carry out the govt agenda well and effective. I have made the decision of not appointing Parliamentary Secretaries and therefore the administration staff has been cut down from 90 to 68. (no...silly.. U din appoint Parliamentary Sect BECAUSE the coalition did not win enough seats to put elected reps in, and...Opposition don't get to sit in the cabinet..)

This will mean that ministers and their deputies will play an active role in parliament (errrr... I am begging for an explanation on this... How is it that now Ministers do not haf P.Sectaries, they play active role? Have they done it in the past? They just want the ministers (elected reps) to make More Noise to counter Opposition questions if/when need arises)

Four days ady

Four days into the week...State & Federal cabinet line up are not up yet... gosh....

I hope these elected reps get to work soon.....

Post election

I'm actually looking forward to the post election.. what the Sultans will say.

Before that I'd told me Dad that I'm glad to be living in Selangor, cos I just lurve our Sultan. i think His Highness and Perak's Sultan Azlan are fair n just rulers who think of the Rakyat.

Dad was saying the Constitution says that Malays must be head of State for these two states, but I told him that Perak might just get a Chinese/Indian head (does it matter if they are Malaysian?)

Look... look....

Today's NST, Both Sgor Sultan & Perak's Regent wants to meet the other State reps too, before deciding on the head of State (and representatives)

Am so glad to note some of them haf registered, and THEY ARE VOTING this MARCH 8. Yeahhhhh!!!
Some of them hafn't , which got boos by those who WILL VOTE next Saturday.

Thing is.... 10 years ago, who u rooting for used to be very private... U ask your parents la... Who they intend to vote for...They'll just give u that Glare like u are probing into their privacy liddat...

NOW AR....... dey... In the kopitiam oso people 'openly declare' who they wanna vote....

This is Malaysia lor .....

Anyways, vote wisely lar hor... Vote for the people/party who can IMPROVE ourlives, not send it to destruction.

Since I ran out of ideas to 'beautify' my blog, i've once again changed it to this colour... Maybe for two weeks.

Month of August.... Supposed to be the patriotic month where we shud do all things Malaysian... eat,sleep,think Malaysian...

Unfortunately I hafn't done so... Even gone to McDonald's twice this month. How Malaysian can that be... Ugh! ahahahahha!!!!

Hope and pray for continued peace in this country... And if there ever is election this year, please make sure you vote for the appropriate MP who can make the change for the better of the community and Malaysia.

C'mon.... doesn't take u loads of difficulty... U can pop into any post office(when u wanna pay your bills/send a letter/card to a loved one) nationwide with computer facility (almost ALL). u need to bring is your IC.
You can also turn up at the Election commission offices.

I went last year wif my pal (yeah...I'm of legal age to vote...) at the office in PKNS building Shah Alam. Found the staffs there to be super friendly.... Thumbs up to them!!!
