huh!!!wha .... ?? wah lieu.... 11.30 ady... super sleep to the maxxxx lah.... Went to bed ard 11.30pm or something liddat(yah lar... Yesterday super semangat, go n do the double Combat class again. Felt damn tired, but is the good to workout lar.dun worri didn't die hahhahahah!!!!) ....
woke up ard 4am, then back to sleep again til 7something,...in a daze ler...remembering it's a Sunday...A pal and her family was due to fly out to HongKong to be based there.... Thought of seeing them off wan, buthen she sms bek to say no nid wor... Ok lor...then kontinue in la-la land.....

Then... #$%^&$$ 9something a gym mate call. Erk... kennot answer in that kinda morning voice lah. haha! So left it and slept summore....later will call him bek ler
